With people around the world stuck at home as they waited out the coronavirus, the last few months have certainly shown us all many things; the importance of front-line workers, the value of XR technology for keeping many of us working from home, and of course, how quickly the world of retail is changing, where more and more people are shopping without ever entering a shop.

When this episode of XR for Business first aired, the closure of several brick-and-mortar Macy’s stores was in the news, and seemed like a worrying development for the long-time retailer. But in this episode, Macy’s XR guru Mohammed Rajani assuaged some of those concerns, and explained that the company was also investing in ways to reach customers digitally.
